We meet at five different locations each week for coached run sessions. It’s free and open to everyone!

Coaches
Mariane Uehara Run Club Director
Born and raised in Brazil, she traveled to Hawaii in 2006 for a sporty vacation and never left. She has competed as an elite athlete in triathlon and marathon all over the world.
Tim Marr Head Coach
Professional Triathlete born and raised in the hawaiian islands. Tim competed as a professional triathlete for 10 years, traveling the world competing at the highest level.
Jonathan Lyau Coach
Jonathan Lyau began running in 1979 at age 15. He is currently an assistant girl’s cross country coach at Iolani School and also was the girl’s distance track coach at Kamehameha School for 10 years
Buffy Whiteman Coach
Buffy has been active in the local running community since the 90’s when she moved here from San Diego.  She has competed in everything from the 1500m to the marathon.
Pete Boksanski Coach
Pete has been running for over 40 years.  He started his running career before kindergarten and he always wanted to be the fastest runner in his class. He believes that running and racing challenges him and keep him physically fit.
Cindy Anderson Coach
Cindy Anderson grew up in NY and began running in high school and also played soccer and softball. She ran XC and indoor and outdoor track for the University of Rhode Island and competed in events ranging from 800-10,000 meters.
Odeelo Dayondon Coach
Delo is an accomplished runner/triathlete and has competed in endurance sports for over 16 years. He worked as a personal trainer at CrossFit East Oahu and a marathon/triathlon coach at Boca Hawaii.
Yuko Nakai Coach
Yuko began running regularly in 2012. Originally a national level sailer, she was not one for running. She now uses her job as a radio station personality to encourage healthy lifestyles and introduce Hawaii’s unique running community to a larger audience.
