MANDATORY RACE PACKET PICKUP: Each runner must pick up their own race packet at the Hawaii Convention Center. No one will be allowed to pick up a race number for a friend or family member. No Exceptions.
Race Packets containing Race Number and Timing Chip will be available for pick up at the Honolulu Marathon Expo, to be held at the Hawaii Convention Center, located at 1801 Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki near the Ala Moana Shopping Center.
Mandatory Race Packet Pick Up and Late Entry Registration Days and Hours: Wednesday, December 8 - 10AM-6PM; Thursday, December 9 - 9AM-6PM; Friday, December 10 - 9AM-7PM and Saturday, December 11 - 9AM-5PM.
Online entries received after November 5 will be accepted but will not be sent a confirmation card. Check entry confirmation online or go to packet pickup for assistance.
Note: Confirmation cards and final instructions for entries received before November 5 will be mailed to entrants in late November. If you do not receive a confirmation card, report to Packet Pickup for assistance.
IMPORTANT: Race Numbers will not be issued on Race Day.

2010 CONCERT/LUAU Hawaiian music, dance show and special guest performer. The All-You-Can-Eat Luau (Carbo Loading Party) will start at 4 PM. Standard Tickets are $50 each and VIP Tickets are $125 each. (VIP tickets include separate VIP entrance, reserved front row table seating, a special VIP menu and wait staff.) After November 5, tickets are available for purchase at $60 each at the Honolulu Marathon Expo, Hawaii Convention Center, Wednesday, December 8 - 10AM-6PM; Thursday, December 9 - 9AM-6PM; Friday, December 10 - 9AM-4PM. Tickets are $70 each at the event gate. Tickets are available for purchase by Race Entrants Only. Tickets are non-refundable. TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED. Pick up pre-paid tickets at the Honolulu Marathon Expo until December 10, 4PM.
CONCERT/LUAU TICKETS will NOT be mailed or included in race packets. If you purchase Concert/Luau Tickets, they will be available for pick up at the Honolulu Maratho Expo Wednesday, December 8 - 10AM-6PM; Thursday, December 9 - 9AM-6PM; Friday, December 10 - 9AM-4PM. Tickets are non-refundable.
SOUVENIR SALES: Official souvenirs may be purchased at the Honolulu Marathon Expo (SEE EXPO DETAILS FOR DAYS AND HOURS) and at Kapiolani Park according to the following schedule.

EXPO COURTESY SHUTTLE : Free shuttle to the Honolulu Marathon Expo at the Hawaii Convention Center, Wednesday, December 8 - 10AM-6PM; Thursday, December 9 - 9AM-6PM; Friday, December 10 - 9AM-7PM; Saturday, December 11 - 9AM-5PM. Stops include: Duke Kahanamoku Statue (Kalakaua Ave.), DFS (Royal Hawaiian Ave.), Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel (Kalia Rd. heading towards Waikiki) and the Honolulu Marathon Expo at the Hawaii Convention Center. (Subject to change.)
INFORMATION CENTER: On Race Day, Sunday, December 12, located at Kapiolani Park from 7AM to 1PM.
OFFICIAL MARATHON HOTEL: The Outrigger Reef on the Beach, located at 2169 Kalia Road in Waikiki, is the official hotel of the Honolulu Marathon.
CLOTHING CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: A CLOTHING ONLY check-in tent will be available at Kapiolani Park on Saturday, December 11 from 10 AM to 5 PM. Runners may leave their "after race" clothing only in specially labeled bags which will be provided at Packet Pickup.
The officially labeled bag with the participant's running number is the ONLY bag accepted at the clothing check-in tent. All bags left at the clothing check-in tent will be inspected by Honolulu Marathon security personnel prior to check-in.
The Honolulu Marathon assumes no responsibility for items left in that tent at Kapiolani Park. Any unclaimed bags remaining as of 3 PM on Sunday, December 12, will be donated to charity.
: There will be no Clothing Check-In at the START Area on Race Day. Any clothing left or discarded at the start area will be donated to charity and will not be brought back to Kapiolani Park.
